As a 5th Degree Black Belt in American Tae Kwon Do, with over 35 years’ experience, I’ve spent decades exploring the deeper purpose of martial arts—not only as a system of movement, but as a discipline of awareness, integrity, and personal transformation.
My journey also includes a decade of Tai Chi practice and 2 years of Wing Chun, where I learned to cultivate internal energy and harmony, enriching my understanding of rootedness, flow, and effortless power.
